Software Developer
As the Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to participate and lead client-facing projects and
contribute to the ongoing design and implementation of our product suite. You will need to feel comfortable taking
the lead on issues and identifying resolutions with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Develop new software according to specifications
Perform maintenance and modification to software programs currently in production
Create implementation specifications from design specifications
Implement database components based on design specifications
Analyze design specifications to detect flaws in logic
Enhance the overall operation
Qualifications:
The Software Developer will be expected to be proficient in all aspects of software development which include documenting,
implementing, unit testing, troubleshooting, packaging and deploying solutions. The ideal candidate will possess the
following skills, knowledge, abilities and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming or related field
2-3 years experience with RDBMS systems specifically SQL Server and Oracle, Java/J2EE, J2EE application servers, XML, SQL, OOA&D, Windows and Unix Operating Systems
Strong system administration skills
Professional manner and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent attitude and spirit of cooperation
